You may only return goods purchased from our website that are pre-authorised for return by lifespace Online. You can do this via our message us now facility, email at email@example.com or call us on (08) 8118 0100. These items will, pending an inspection, be subject to a refund, credit or exchange.
Shipping and a credit card / Bpay fee of 3 per cent are non refundable - except for a product that is damaged during transit or faulty due to manufacturer issues.
Orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch. Costs incurred - including a 3 per cent charge for credit card / Bpay fees are non refundable.
We are pleased to follow up extended warranty claims on our customers behalf. We aim to avoid the uncertainty and cost impost of requiring customers to return items for inspection, however when providing replacements we ask that customers pay the postage cost to retrieve their replacement.
