Returns Policy

*Please choose carefully and check the measurements required for items - supplied under each items product description - to avoid unecessary returns. We are happy to check further measurements if you contact us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on return transit in any circumstances.

We strive to retain a loyal customer base so if you are dissatisfied in any way we want to know why. Please message us so that we can address any concerns you may have.

Lifespace Online recognises shoppers have certain rights and supports these standards. The goods you buy must be safe, work the way they’re supposed to and must be the subject of accurate information.

Our merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before it is dispatched to you, if for some reason you are not satisfied please follow these instructions.

You can seek a refund, exchange or credit if the product has a serious fault or shipping damage, doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to, or you have just changed your mind.

You may only return goods purchased from our website that are pre-authorised for return by lifespace Online. You can do this via our message us now facility, email at admin@lifespace.com.au or call us on (08) 8118 0100. These items will, pending an inspection, be subject to a refund, credit or exchange.

Shipping and a credit card / Bpay fee of 3 per cent are non refundable - except for a product that is damaged during transit or faulty due to manufacturer issues.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch. Costs incurred - including a 3 per cent charge for credit card / Bpay fees are non refundable.

We are pleased to follow up extended warranty claims on our customers behalf. We aim to avoid the uncertainty and cost impost of requiring customers to return items for inspection, however when providing replacements we ask that customers pay the postage cost to retrieve their replacement.
