Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Any accessories used in the images of products on this site are for display purposes only and are not included with the product that is for sale.

Product Information

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. All merchandise has been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. A failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Prices quoted and bonus offers are applicable only while stocks last. Percentage savings shown are off supplier recommended retail prices (RRP). Lifespace Online reserves the right to correct errors, omissions and misprints. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only – not all patterns and options shown may be included. Not all available patterns and options may be shown. Unless otherwise stated, accessories are not included.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lifespace Online harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Parcel Despatch

Lifespace holds stock within its Adelaide warehouse and strives to despatch 95% of orders with 1 business day of payment being received. Some larger items (such as Suncast Outdoor Storage and Garage Cabinets) are sent Direct from Distributor and may take 2 - 3 business days to be despatched. Any delays will be notified. 

Return Policy

Please choose carefully and check the measurements required for items to avoid unnecessary returns. (Measurements are supplied under each items product description). We are happy to check further measurements if you contact us.

Change of Mind

A refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days of delivery. First contact us here or emailadmin@lifespace.com.au to advise your intention (including an Order Number or Invoice Number) along with an explanation of the item you plan to return.

Once authorised, goods must be returned:

  • Unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition;
  • With proof of purchase included - marking item being returned;
  • Within protective outer packaging as you received them;
  • To: Lifespace Online, PO Box 732, Henley Beach SA 5022. (Prior authorisation required before mailing.)

Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on return transit in any circumstances, thereby risking your refund. We inspect items carefully and only issue full credit returned under these conditions.

Damage On Arrival

Claims for faults on arrival must be notified within 2 business days of delivery, along with: Order Number, supporting images of products, packaging and when/how the problem occurred or became apparent. You can notify us with support information via email admin@lifespace.com.au

Product Faults

You can ask us to find a solution for product faults. This may require anything from advice, parts, exchange, replacement, credit or refund.

We want to assist, so please notify us using the contact us facility, email admin@lifespace.com.au or call us on (08) 8118 0100 to advise any concerns. We will seek an Order Number, supporting images of the product issue and advice when/how the problem occurred or became apparent.

Please Do Not return goods seeking amends without pre-authorisation from Lifespace Online, as it may be unnecessary and not reimbursed. Lifespace Online will decide the appropriate action to make amends.

Extended Warranties

We are pleased to follow up extended warranty claims on our customers behalf. We aim to avoid the uncertainty and cost impost of requiring customers to return items for inspection, however when providing replacements we ask that customers pay the postage cost to retrieve their replacement.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch. Costs incurred - including a 3 per cent charge for credit card / BPay /PayPal fees - are non refundable. Such costs aren't charged in cases of cancellation if Lifespace fails to despatch ordered goods in a timely manner.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping and a credit card / BPay / PayPal fee of 3 per cent are non-refundable, should Lifespace Online use its discretion to authorise a refund.

Lifespace Online's policy in no way excludes customer rights detailed within the Australian Consumer Law.

Unfulfilled Orders

In the unforseen circumstances that an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you with the expected delivery time and offer you an option of waiting for it, replacing your order with a similar product or receiving a refund.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

Free Shipping promotions are valid only for advertised times and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.
