Who processes my payment to Lifespace

At Lifespace we have teamed with the most trusted names in online payments, The Commonwealth Bank's Commweb payment gateway, enables payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal and Direct Deposit for those not wanting to use cards.The Commonwealth Bank processes all credit card payments to Lifespace Online, through it's Commweb payment gateway. This system uses world best practice technology to ensure your card transactions are the safest available. We never see your card details.PayPal is the most used online payment system in the world and trusted by millions for it's secure transfer of funds.Direct Deposit is available as a payment option in the cart, allowing you to fulfill the funds transfer through your own internet banking or branch. No card details need to be entered online.

How secure are my credit card details and payment information
By using the Lifespace online payment system we never see your credit card details because they are entered directly onto the Commonwealth Bank’s and PayPal's secure sites.  Only your name and delivery details are forwarded to us to match with your order for despatching.
How much will delivery cost
The cost varies according to item/s purchased. You can see the delivery charge before you buy anything by entering the delivery postcode in the shopping cart page. This is easily re-calculated as you shop - well before proceeding through the secure checkout process.  Click here for more detailed information about delivery. How will my purchase be delivered
Your goods will be despatched to you via Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers or Toll Ipec. We request signature on delivery by Fastway and Australia Post, however at times they use their discretion to leave parcels if they deem a spot safe at your address, if you are not home at the time of delivery. Alternatively, a card will be left detailing: the nearest post office your goods can be collected from; or in the case of Fastway a contact phone number to arrange another delivery attempt to the same address. For this reason a business address is recommended. If best sent to a home address with Toll Ipec, we will contact you directly to seek your specific instructions for the best spot to leave the parcel if you're not home when it's delivered. Tracking details are emailed to you when items leave Adelaide. Customers supplying a mobile phone number will also receive an SMS from Toll Ipec (if applicable) advising a likely delivery timeframe. Parcels cannot be re-directed to an alternative address once despatched.
Can I track my order when in transit


The carrier, consignment number and a clickable link with tracking information will be emailed along with your tax invoice on the day your item is despatched from our Adelaide warehouse. An automated email will also be sent to you by Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Toll Ipec (whichever applicable) at the time of despatch to allow for online tracking. Its consignment number can track the shipping status of your order at the respective carriers links here Australia Post or Fastway Couriers or Toll Ipec. NB: often useful information isn't available until your item is scanned again on arrival in the destination State.Should you have further queries about your parcels progress Toll Ipec Customer Service can be contacted on 1300 366 684 - alternatively Australia Post on 13 13 18. How long will it take to receive my order
Lifespace Online strives to despatch your order within 24 hours of your payment being authorised.  You can expect Australia Post deliveries within 3 to 10 working days. This mainly depends on where in Australia you live (*exceptions apply for remote locations). Fastway is often quicker into major cities. Toll Ipec's tracking link usually shows an estimated ETA (often 1 to 7 days depending on distance from Adelaide), however it should update to advise when the item is actually on a truck for delivery on the day it's loaded. Toll's freight service will also SMS any supplied mobile numbers an 'on for delivery' advice on the day items are loaded on the truck for delivery.
