How long?
95% of items are despatched from our Adelaide warehouse the next business day (some larger garage items are sent direct from distributor).

Signature or left?
Business and work addresses are best - please include business name.
Emailed tracking advises all parcel progress.
We request a signature for Australia Post parcels, however their tracking email allows you to nominate its 'safe drop' at your supplied address. Fastway Courier deliveries also require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home at time of delivery a calling card is left to arrange redelivery.
To avoid Toll re-delivery hassles to home addresses we seek your Authority To Leave these parcels without a signature... and welcome you advising instructions to leave and the best spot by email admin@lifespace.com.au

Express Shipping

Is automatically listed as a shipping option for parcels under 500g.
Express post of larger items can be costly, but we can calculate and advise if you contact us prior to placing your order with details of products & delivery postcode. Contact Us

Returns Information

We offer 30 day money back returns for items that are returned unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Contact us for a 'return authority' document to include in the parcel that should be returned in its protective outer packaging.
