Returns Policy

Please choose carefully and check the measurements required for items to avoid unnecessary returns. (Measurements are supplied under each items product description. The width is always given as the widest part ie longest measurement, not necessarily side to side as perspectives change.) We are happy to explain or check further measurements if you contact us.

Change of Mind

A refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days of delivery. First contact us here or email to advise your intention (including an Order Number or Invoice Number) along with an explanation of the item you plan to return.

Once authorised, goods must be returned:

  • Unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition;
  • With proof of purchase included - marking item being returned;
  • Within protective outer packaging as you received them;
  • To: Lifespace Online, PO Box 732, Henley Beach SA 5022. (Prior authorisation required before mailing.)

Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on return transit in any circumstances, thereby risking your refund. We inspect items carefully and only issue a refund when returned under these conditions. Shipping costs incurred and a 3 per cent administration and re-stocking fee are non-refundable. 

Undeliverable parcels returned

Costs associated with undeliverable or unclaimed parcels will be met by the customer. This includes involuntarily incurred return charges by shipping carriers and subsequent re-postal costs. Such instances can occur when customers supply incomplete or inadequate address details, (including business names in multi-level buildings) or other issues on location at delivery address. Parcels returned due to being unclaimed at Australia Post outlets for more than a week are also subject to costs. 

Damage On Arrival

Claims for faults on arrival must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, along with: Order Number, supporting images of products, packaging and when/how the problem occurred or became apparent. You can notify us with support information via email

Product Faults

You can ask us to find a solution for product faults. This may require anything from advice, parts, exchange, replacement, credit or refund.

We want to assist, so please notify us using the contact us facility, email or call us on (08) 8118 0100 to advise any concerns. We will seek an Order Number, supporting images of the product issue and advice when/how the problem occurred or became apparent.

Please Do Not return goods seeking amends without pre-authorisation from Lifespace Online, as it may be unnecessary and not reimbursed. Lifespace Online will decide the appropriate action to make amends.

Extended Warranties

We are pleased to follow up extended warranty claims on our customers behalf. We aim to avoid the uncertainty and cost impost of requiring customers to return items for inspection, however when providing replacements we ask that customers pay the postage cost to retrieve their replacement.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch. A 3 per cent administration and re-stocking fee is non-refundable. Such costs aren't charged in cases of cancellation if Lifespace fails to despatch ordered goods in a timely manner.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping costs incurred and a 3 per cent administration and re-stocking fee are non-refundable, should Lifespace Online use its discretion to authorise a refund.

Lifespace Online's policy in no way excludes customer rights detailed within the Australian Consumer Law.
